Sprocket Roasters are currently roasting on-site at our showcase café in Newcastle, NSW. Our roasting facility, located in the middle of the CBD, in an old heritage-listed bank, is a bit quirky and left-of-centre… much like the people behind Sprocket itself! We fought hard to obtain permission to put our roaster in the centre of town, and we fought even harder to try to fit the roaster through the door (a wall eventually had to come down and be rebuilt). We will continue to fight hard to ensure that our coffee delivers a perfect cup again and again!

 

Monday to Friday: 7am to 4pm
Saturday and Sunday: 7am to 2:30pm
