What is click & collect?

Click & Collect is a free service that allows you to shop online and collect your order from our store within store trading hours. Stock is subject to availability.


When will my order be ready for collection?

After your order has been placed you will receive an email confirming your order is ready for collection, along with the store details. The confirmation alert is sent to you when the order has been processed in full. Visiting the store prior to receiving the alert may result in your items not being ready.

We normally have the order ready within 4 hours, but if you need it earlier please email or call the roastery on (02) 4957 3344 and we can certainly put a rush on it to get it packed sooner!


When can I collect my order?

Orders must be collected during store operating hours (9am to 5pm Monday to Friday). We do have an after-hours box we can leave your order in outside these hours - but please email / call the team directly to organise this option as you will need a code.


Do I need ID to pick up an order?

When collecting the order, please have a copy of confirmation (digital is fine) and identification to show the team if requested.


Can someone else collect on my behalf?

If you need someone to collect your order on your behalf, they will need a copy of the order confirmation email or SMS and valid photo identification.


How long do I have to collect my order?

Orders will be held for 30 days after being confirmed as ready for collection. If your order has not been collected by this time, it may be cancelled, and a refund processed.


What if I need to change my order?

If you need to change or cancel your order for any reason, please contact our team at We will need to check your current order status, and recommend the best options available to accommodate your request.
