Returns and Refunds
If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we will give you a 30 day money-back guarantee from the time you received the goods. Please email us within that timeframe so we can resolve any issues in a lickety-split timeframe for you.
If your order is lost in the mail during transit / cannot be tracked by our third party courier, we will send a replacement order out ASAP at our cost.
For any refunds, we recommend that you return the product (and unfortunately it will need to be returned) via Registered Post so you can track the parcel as you will need to assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit. But this has honestly never happened with an order placed to date; we are that confident you will love our goods!
