Airscape Classic Coffee Storage Vault: Chalk White (Matte White)

The original Airscape® coffee and food storage canister with patented lid actively removes and locks out air to preserve and protect freshness and flavor.

Most food storage canisters are “Airtight”, which means they lock air in with the contents. The Airscape® forces the freshness-destroying air out of the canister, extending the life of your coffee, tea, flour, sugar, cereal, seeds, herbs, nuts, pet food or any perishable goods, to keep what's good today, good tomorrow too!

Designed of durable, restaurant-grade stainless steel, the Airscape® canister body resists staining and odor retention. The BPA-free clear, top lid allows you to see how much is left in the container, and the inner Airscape® lid (also BPA-free) makes a fun “swooshing” noise as its pushed down, so you can actually hear it working.

The Airscape® technology features a patented plunger lid that fits snugly against the interior of the canister. A two-way valve forces the oxygen out of the container when the Airscape® lid is pressed down. After the plunger has been positioned directly over the contents, the handle should be flipped downward to prevent further oxygen exchange and greatly increase the shelf life of your stored products.

These guides serve as a good place to start

    Brew Guide

The grinder you use, coffee you choose, and yes, even the water from your sink, can alter the taste in the cup. Every machine is different, so you'll want to think of these parameters more as guidelines than law.

Imagine a world where biowaste is turned into energy to fuel your coffee fix - at Sprocket Roasters, that's what we do!

Creating a roaster that is fuelled on bioenergy is a world first in the coffee roasting industry, and is something we are very proud of here at Sprocket. This advancement in roasting technology means end of life products like spent coffee grinds, along with a wide range of other organic material that usually ends up in landfill, are turned into fuel to power the roaster. Coffee magic?! Most certainly ... coupled with sound engineering and a whole lot of TLC in every small batch we roast.
